Mindfullness

This exercise was interesting, it made me feel very relaxed which helped to think about my work and how I could improve, it also helped with my organisation and structure, I planned to do something during the exercise and I finished it within the timeframe I set myself, I also think the breathing part of the exercise helped destress as the deadline is coming up soon, I think this is a good exercise when it comes to structuring what work to do and prioritising.
